How much is the security deposit?
One month's rent, as permitted under Alberta's Residential Tenancies Act.

Yes. Both month-to-month and long-term leases are available, so your lease can flex around your plans.

Parking options vary by building — many offer secure or underground parking with storage lockers, and all buildings have registered visitor parking bookable on our website.

Residents submit maintenance requests online through the resident portal, linked from the Request Maintenance page. GSK's in-house team responds within 24 hours.
How do I book visitor parking?
All GSK buildings have registered visitor parking, bookable online from the Visitor Parking page.
